February & March the Fish Spawn
Days get longer and the water temps get Warmer, Greers is different as it gets “Cold” Inflows of water into the “Warm” main body of water. Wait for the first Warm Water run into the lake. 48-52 degrees is when the fish want to push to Spawn in the Rivers. Big Fish is what you typically see during this Time of Year.

April, or Post Spawn – (55-65 degrees)
The Gizzard & Threadfin Shad are Spawning. Pay attention to the Full Moon Phase. Dictates whether spend time on the River or Main Lake. This is when really start looking at the “Feeding Response” Bite.
