1. Introduction
At the Greers Ferry Walleye Club (GFWC) (https://greersferrywalleyeclub.org), we value all of our members rather they are non-paid members or members who have paid for an annual membership, or received a gifted membership. This document is for GFWC paid members.
2. Who is This Agreement With?
These Terms and Agreements (T&Cs) are an agreement between you and us GFWC.
3. How Do I Accept These T&Cs?
You accept these T&Cs by doing any of the following things:
- By registering for a GFWC membership rather it is a paid membership or a gifted membership.
- By activating your GFWC membership when you use a username and password to access information.
- By accessing any membership only information on the GFWC website, or links to other web sites that are provided on membership only pages.
If you do not want to accept these T&Cs, do not do any of the above things.
4. Prohibited Use and Activities
It is understood by you that all the information provided within the membership only pages, or the links to other web sites that are provided on membership only pages, are for you alone, and individuals living within your household.
The following are Prohibited Use and Activities
- Sharing, providing, or offering information provided within the membership only pages, or the links to other web sites that are provided on membership only pages to others than immediate household.
- Posting obscene, violent, or crude content
- Posting information that is not relevant to a Fishing Club
- Breaking the law
- Harassing or stalking others
- Violating copyright laws
- Hacking, introducing viruses, or tampering with our website
- Conducting scams
- Spamming any GFWC non-paying, or paid members
- Requesting information from a minor
- Making negative public statements regarding GFWC as a Fishing Club that would be interpreted as slander or libel, ie. making false statements about GFWC members or leadership.
5. Membership Termination and Suspension
If you fail, or GFWC suspects that you have failed, to comply with any of the provisions of this T&Cs, GFWC may, without notice to you; (i) suspend your GFWC membership, (ii) terminate your GFWC membership with no refund of membership dues. This includes any membership dues that were paid for more than one year.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
You agree that content, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, scripts, software, screen displays, web page designs, or HTML coding used on our GFWC website is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use or share such proprietary information or materials in any way beyond your membership benefits.
7. Pricing and Payments
Annual Paid Memberships are based upon calendar year. If you purchase a paid membership in the fourth quarter your membership is valid for the fourth quarter and the next calendar year. The processing of your order is through WooCommerce Payments and Stripe. Your purchase of a membership or any other item is charged as soon as Stripe processes your credit or debit card. Your paid membership access will not be available until your payment is fully processed.
8. Returns and Refunds
Refund Policy-Once you purchase a paid membership there is no refund of your purchase under any condition. If you purchase other products and they fall under our return policy you will receive a full refund.
Return Policy-Regarding paid memberships there is no return policy. Regarding of purchasing of any products like hats or t-shirts, if the item you purchased is defective you may return the item (at your cost) under the conditions of our refund policy.
Money-back Guarantee: We do not have a money back guarantee. Thus all sales are final unless they fall within our return or refund policy.
9. Shipping Policy
GFWC does not ship products sold on our website. You must pick them up at a GFWC monthly meeting or make other arrangements.
10. On-line Contributions
Any on-line contributions/donations to GFWC do not fall under any Refund or Return Policy. Thus, once a contribution/donation is made, and the payment is processed all contributions/donations belong to GFWC alone. These contributions/donations are made without any stipulations or conditions.
11. No-Responsibility Disclaimer
GFWC is not responsible for any damages that result from the use of our products or services.
This website provides general information and discussion about fishing. One decides on their own if the information is of value to them or not. Use wisdom and caution when fishing or boating. Follow safety guidelines.
